Our sterilizable packaging bags are designed to fulfill the most stringent requirements in the sterilization process of your critical components with outstanding performance in terms of cleanliness, material and seal strength and microbial barrier properties. Consisting out of one entire side of breathable medical Tyvek^® and one side in-house extruded medical grade HDPE, our Cleansteam bags are compatible to different sterilization methods (mainly Steam and ETO sterilization).
In addition to the standard version, we have developed a similar Tyvek sterilizable packaging bag with an Easy-Tear opening option. Using scissors or other cutting devices under cleanroom or sterile conditions appears contradictory as this handling generates particles or fibres. The Easy-Tear opening option needs no tools to open and is particle free - unlike most bags with a peelable opening that allows lint and particles to enter upon opening.
Furthermore, the introduction of cutting devices in a sterile environment increases the risk of damaging gloves that would lead to sterility issues. Our Easy-Tear Cleansteam bags solve this critical issue.
