Jet-Drive™ Single-Use Mixing System

The Jet-Drive™ system is one of the lightest and most compact single-use mixing systems available on the market. Jet-Drive fits equally well into both product development and cGMP environments, where portabiity, high mixing efficiency, reliability, ease of use, and a small footprint are invaluable assets.

ATMI's Jet-Drive single use mixing system is specifically designed to give you scalable, fast, efficient, cost effective, homogeneous mixing of liquids with differing densities. The Jet-Drive system can be used for the final homogenization of product prior to the filling line, as well as for re-suspending solutions and re-homogenizing liquids after transport and storage.

As with all ATMI's LifeSciences' single-use mixing systems, the Jet-Drive utilizes disposable mixing bags made from our bioprocess film, TK8. The product-contacting layer of TK8 is blow extruded in-house by ATMI under cleanroom conditions using medical-grade ultra low-density polyethylene resin, then laminated to crate a gas barrier film of exceptional cleanliness, strength, and clarity that is animal derived component free (ACDF) and complies fully with USP Class VI requirements.
